- Oh wow. An extraordinary day at Ashton Gate. The applause before the game was truly humbling and being hijacked on air was sensational. A day I will remember for ever. Thank you all so, so much.

- Just thanked a young man who was stocking the supermarket shelves. He said 'it's ok, I'm only part-time.' I told him he is very much full-time and that he and his colleagues are doing an incredible job. He smiled and thanked me. Bless him. It's important to show appreciation.
- Darrell Clarke is a great man. He gave Gasheads their football club back. He never declined an interview or ducked a question. Of course he made mistakes but did a great job. I wish him well in the future. Gasheads give me your thoughts on @bbcbristolsport 6-7pm #bristolrovers

- RIP Buster Footman and Dave Fear. Losing two great human beings on the same day is so incredibly tough. Two great City men. I'm privileged to have had them in my life. Thinking of Connie and Hillie and everyone effected by their passing. So sad 😢
