- I turned 30 yesterday ! β¨ I used to have a ton of anxiety & dread around my birthday ( Jan 3 is super close to holidays, a lot of ppl r away, etc) but yesterday i finally let myself have a chill day, not give a fuq, and remind myself i am loved. v freeing. Highly recommend.
