- 9th Circuit Court of Appeals: @snowden was right. We didn't need 7 years and a court to tell us that collecting phone records on all Americans was illegal, unconstitutional, and wrong. The government perpetrators should be the ones facing charges.Seven years ago, as the news declared I was being charged as a criminal for speaking the truth, I never imagined that I would live to see our courts condemn the NSA's activities as unlawful and in the same ruling credit me for exposing them. And yet that day has arrived.

- Boarding a @Delta flight, young woman beside me in the aisle exclaims "Oh my God, they have TVs!' To passengers, this old A319 is modern, new - and equipped with the latest technology from the early aughts. Seat back screens are vastly preferred over tablet holders and phones.
- Airbnb needs to display all-in pricing. Actual cost of an @Airbnb stay tends to be ~ 50% higher than advertised nightly rate. That is unacceptable.
- Payment terminal at @AUStinAirport concession requires you to select a tip amount prior to paying. Custom tip amount does not accept $0.00. Must tip at least $0.01. You can call me cheap if you want but when did we start tipping for bottles of water to go?
- Replying to @mitchell_sorkinThis is why @AmericanAir and @SouthwestAir want the government to ban @flyjsx - it's too good, and customers prefer to fly them.

- Replying to @TPCarneyOn the contrary, what better demonstration that the government knows these liquids aren't dangerous? Of course if they were they wouldn't be tossed into a bin at the checkpoint - there'd be a hazmat team responding when the liquids were found!
- People plan to spend Thanksgiving with large groups outside their own households, yet say they're unwilling to fly the Boeing 737 MAX.
- Charging an undisclosed $1000 per night on top of room charge (points) as a penalty for late arrival on award stay due to flight cancellations may be the worst hotel policy I have ever heard of. Shame on @StRegisAspen why do you hate your @MarriottBonvoy guests so much? #fraud.@StRegisAspen Is this really how you'd want to be treated as a guest if you were staying at a hotel?
