Would love to work on an updated release of MVC2, adding some quality-of-life improvements, as well as our signature @DigitalEclipse behind-the-scenes goodies. Feel free to reach out to us, @CapcomUSA_... We're standing by.
#FREEMVC2 12 years since Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 was re-released & 7 years since it was pulled from stores & sent to digital jail. One of the most celebrated games of all time. Plz RT if you'd like MVC2 out of jail. @CapcomUSA_ @MarvelGames & @DigitalEclipse youtu.be/APU1zko9RA0

I can honestly say that I (and a few others at Digital Eclipse) have wanted to work on a Legends collection for quite some time.
So now that we are getting the Battle Network Collection from @CapcomUSA_, can we PLEASE have the Legends Collection?! That’s a Day 1 buy for everyone, right? #SwitchCorps

The fact that #FREEMVC2 and Capcom have been trending is pretty awesome and definitely shows the love the MVC community has for those games. Kudos to @maximilian_ for starting the ball rolling. Now, let's build some momentum.

The launch week of Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection is nearly upon us and I personally can't believe we are finally here. This collection has been a dream of mine for a long time and I am so thankful for the amazing development team I got to work with on it. We hope you enjoy it.

I will repeat this again as it bears repeating, but we strive to include EVERY game possible in EVERY collection we do. We are fans and that is our #1 goal all the time. However... sometimes, we just can't due to licensing, legal, or technical issues beyond our control.

The 32x was always one of those curious add-ons that most Genesis owners never owned (or even saw in-person). That's why I'm so excited we're able to include that version of MKII in Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection.

As a bonus, you can also see our optional on-screen moves list system for the first time, which is available for each game in the Kollection. You can also quickly access each character's full move list from the pause menu. We want to make sure everything is easily accessible.
When our engineers examined MK Trilogy's code, they found areas where loading time could be optimized, so we did that! In the original game, there would often be a lengthy pause whenever Shang Tsung morphed into a different character; now it's instant, thanks to our code tweaks.

No More Secrets... You'll no longer have to remember or look up any of those useful Kombat Kodes again. We made it super easy (and a bit Kool) to use them in the Kollection 's Versus mode. People are gonna love it.

Some big announcements today as we are including both MK Mythologies and Special Forces in Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection, as well as the ever-elusive (and rarely seen) WaveNet version of UMK3. Hope you all enjoyed that surprise.

Mortal Kombat Trilogy joins the roster of games in Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection... And we've improved some aspects of it as well. #PrepareYourself
