- Trading fulltime probably one of the hardest careers in the world. Single lapse in discipline can set you up for a butterfly effect of fuck-ups. Don’t believe for one second anyone who acts like trading your own PA as a sole source of income isn’t stressful…
- i remember being in a trade that would have made me $1M if i had held it for 2-3 more weeks, instead i made about $80k. i blew up that profit in 2 months. if i had made 1M, i probably would've blown that up in 2 months too. my point is, shoulda coulda woulda is a stupid mindset
- running is such a good way to deal with anxiety. when i go on a run and everything begins to hurt, when i'm at my limits, there's nothing i can do but be present. every ❤️ this gets is an additional mile i run in 2022. i'll post the proof throughout the year.🏃♂️ cheers
- 2021 was the mentally toughest year of my life i really struggled with anxiety and i still feel weighed down by it every day. not every year can end with a "fucking great year!" bc hedonic adaptation and what not; this is not one of those years for me cheers to a stoic 2022
