- Yesterday, our Special Operations crews spent the day training on the upper Potomac River in Great Falls. These hands-on exercises help sharpen critical rescue skills and ensure our personnel remain prepared as we enter the busy summer season.
00:00 - Just after 5pm on evening of 6/9 #FCFRD responded to vehicle crash on I-95 S near I-395 split in Springfield. Arriving crews found multiple vehicles involved & 1 civilian trapped. The civilian was transported. 2nd civilian was evaluated. Virginia State Police are investigating.
