Gym Day 1 down did 20 mins on elliptical and thought I was seeing god🗿 I guess i’m starting from my lowest point focused mostly on form today for weights but maybe should do weights then cardio because I was low energy anyway a humbling and motivating first day, lots to work on

Ending a chapter. Going to be stepping down from @ReignAboveGG and taking a step back from playing competitive CS. Its been a long few years since I came back in the end of 2021. I had the pleasure of meeting many amazing people and lifelong friends. I loved every moment of it.
