    Yes, Yes, Yes.....No. great example. The problem is in BP most are 95% sure they will swing before the ball is even thrown. Game? Most will say they are only 40-60% sure. The disconnection between a BP mindset and a game mindset is often what holds young hitters back.

    Ethan Bass throws 91mph 🔥🔥🔥 on the mound. The High school sophomore has also been putting in the time in training and prep work. Last night he set his own record on the mound at 91mph. Congrats Ethan !!! Work hard 👍 work Smart 👍.

    Dakota Kotowski sets his high Of 96MPH on an outfielder throw. His 106MPH Exit Velocity and 96MPH throw makes him our 2nd 200MPH Club Athlete. Total Baseball Power equals 202MPH.
