    tip: have a spectrogram open when doing sound design and try to make sounds that not only sound pleasing but also look pleasing. now that you are being guided by something completely different than sound itself, you'll find sounds you would've never landed on otherwise

    you next wave of producers have it so nice, KOAN sound literally just tells you how they make basses on their patreon. when i was starting we had a whole forum of people trying to work this out and the most we found was that you could notch filter a saw wave
