Think about the implications of being barred from public bathrooms. It’s tantamount to putting all trans women under house arrest. Very extreme discrimination.

- Anyone considering the phenomenon of "passing" should really reflect on how often we tell someone their breath smells.
- It might be a good exercise in self-reflection if some of my fellow scrotum owners asked themselves why their friendly advice seems to involve telling women what they should put up with rather than telling men to stop claiming to be female.
- No, let's start by putting down the crack pipe.
- Take that thought further. Keep going with it. You're almost there.
- Any man who says he's had his brain scanned and the results came back "woman" is crazy.
- Parents should tell their children they don't need surgery to be accepted.

- It's weird how saying "women are female" puts you in league with evangelical Christian fundamentalists, while saying "gay people can be attracted to the opposite sex if they try hard enough" doesn't 🤔
- Did you hear the one about the transphobic Fringe audience? When the comedian said "I'm a lesbian with a penis" half the crowd laughed and were arrested. And the other half didn't laugh and were also arrested.
- What's the argument here? If a man disguises himself well enough he has the right to go where he wants? I'm not sure how this is the enlightened position. Maybe you can't stop it, but it isn't an argument for granting licence.
- Emma Watson is a moral coward who was happy to go with the crowd sticking the boot in, and now she senses the tide is turning she wants to downplay that.Emma Watson tried to give grace to a bigot, and the bigot in question just laughs in her face. Are you starting to see why “we can respect people even with their hateful viewpoints” doesn’t work? They don’t give anyone else grace, so why should YOU give THEM grace?
- A transwoman locked up in the women's prison - in the city you represent - threatened to rape and kill one of the women forced to be housed alongside him. But what do you care, eh. Could never be you.
I have never felt unsafe or threatened by a trans women ever. This is nothing but a distraction and targeting of a marginalised group to take away from the real issues impacting women in the UK right now 🩷 #CouncillorsForTransRights
