    Nicki Minaj’s career is interesting. In her over 8yr career, she never introduced us to new talent, was never a crusader in any movement in female rap. Even on her Queen Radio show, she only plays her own music!!! Where is the torch you are suppose to be passing down?

    Only in the black genre. Drake, a black man, is arguably one of the biggest and most impactful man in music/entertainment and instead of championing it, yall sit and stew on how to publicly demean and diminish his work. It’s been 15yrs.. he ain’t going nowhere!

    Mos Def's response when asked if Drake's music is hip-hop: "Drake is pop to me. In the sense like, if I was in Target in Houston, and I heard a Drake song... It feels like a lot of his music is compatible with shopping."
