why are we putting this in comp, people should be punished for staggering not enabled.
Introducing Wave Respawn in #Overwatch2 🔄
In Quick and Competitive Play, when the first hero on a team dies, they start a new wave for their team. Any hero who dies within 6 seconds of a wave will join the wave respawn.
