Nice to see a show of mutual respect as time wound down Friday night, Yellowjackets and Cougars exchanging hugs, both teams know this should have been Section semis or final round, TVL proud, still the best small school league around.

Hugs after the game, Cougars finish 2024 Season at 6-6; battled back from a 2-5 start to get a No. 5 seed in Division 4, got a playoff win at home, then fell on the road to Placer. Lots of injuries this season but team played hard, no reason to hang their heads.
