I wanna bring this to everyone's attention that OG dropped us without notice just called us in a meeting and say goodbye and need to look for other opportunity.
And other things i wanna say is they:

- Replying to @erumaaa_1) Salaries delay every month.(salaries should be sent max by 10th in contract). 2)We’re promised to have bootcamp in SG/MY but none of the promised thing happened. We had a meeting about this, the solution’s we listed our needs and gave them the list. but then they ghosted us.
- Replying to @erumaaa_3) During our stay in India, they said multiple times about getting a chef which could cater to our spice level. (before this happened they assured me i can request anything bcs i cant eat spicy food). And they told us that its our fault we got sick and went home.
- Replying to @erumaaa_I got upset stomach bcs of the spicy food they gave me and its my fault lol. i did request simple food like fried chicken and the chef said they’re not cooking chicken that day and for 4 days in a row. even outside food also spicy.
- Replying to @erumaaa_The thing makes me mad was not the money that i deserve and work for but i care a lot more about the respect. They lied, use excuses, and make promises that they couldn’t kept. There’s a lot more to tell when we were in India but i think this is enough to make my point.
- Replying to @erumaaa_4) some of our contract was supposed to end December and the others May 2024 and to end the contract org had to notify us 30days before as stated in the contract but we were suddenly called up on 23rd OCT and then were only paid till 15th of OCT.
- Replying to @erumaaa_And we haven’t got our prizepool money from fsl open 3 and elite(fsl hasn’t send) and i dont think i’ll get it after this post.
- Replying to @erumaaa_5) OG asked us to give back peripherals and we shoulder the shipping fee that costs +-60 usd (bcs i only have a mouse that weight less than 1kg yet the fee is half the mouse) and some of us +- 200 usd.
- Replying to @erumaaa_On this last salary they delayed more than 15 days with multiple excuses.
- Replying to @erumaaa_On top of this meetings constantly get rescheduled as only their time is important and the rest of us who make time for things does not matter.
