- Didn’t say they don’t want awards, just don’t need them. Adam and the Safdies have made something enduring. Something brilliant. Of course we all want recognition. But when it comes from the heart, comes from the gut, and when it WORKS...that’s what this is ALL about. #UncutGems
- You want dispel that panicky feeling? Call someone you know who is living alone and tell them you are there for them. Tell them if they feel sick or need anything, you are there for them. You won’t feel so anxious.
- When I was little, in the 1950’s, polio was rampant. Kids died. Kids I went to school with had braces on their legs. It was a plague. Then the vaccines were invented. And today there is no more polio in the US. I don’t understand why folks aren’t getting vaccinated.

- A few words about my character in the Safdie Brothers' "Uncut Gems": His name is "Arno." The character is an Armenian-American who married into Howard's (Adam Sandler's) Jewish family. The character is named after Arno Babajanian, the great Armenian-Soviet composer. #UncutGems
