    I will be starting a new adventure with the @DMRegister/@USATODAY Network covering Iowa State college football, basketball, and wrestling in October, and I'm excited and grateful for this next chapter in Iowa and the Big 12!

    Today is my last day at @lohudsports. Major thank you to @Dave_Rivera & @JoshThomson22 giving me my first full-time shot. I've gotten to meet so many great people and learn a lot along the way. Thank you to anyone who took the time to read anything I wrote.

    Alan Griffin just hit one of the hottest stepback fadeaway three I've ever seen. The way the Stepinac product/Illinois recruit is able to shoot off the dribble and score in volumes...makes me wonder how he didn't get more love on the recruiting scene. Fighting Illini have a GEM
