00:00 - Due to popular demand, here’s the legend @BarryBonds. You can see he drops under pitch plane by 2/3 ball, then stays flat out in front. This creates backspin and minimizes topspin out in front. The “miss” here will be fly ball vs a topspin grounder. He contacts between 2 circles.

- A great hand path by one of the best. Is this what you are doing? Is this what you are teaching? If you are trying to extend your career and play at higher levels, you better copy the hitters that perform at that level. Success at 14U with a 25 degree AA doesn't play very long.
