    Bob Marley mother was in Rwanda on a private tour to visit the other promised land "Zion" besides Ethiopia. Rasta Prophets talked about a king crowning in Africa in 1930's. Many thought its Haile Selassie Emperor but other thought about King Mutara III of Rwanda.
