    Looking back… I think the hottest thing in a guy is intention. Intention with his life, with his work, with his relationships, with his dreams, with his physical body. Intention creates assertive, confident men that make you feel safe. Intention however, is insanely rare

    Best substance hands down is running and working out everyday… better than alcohol better than any substance better than the rush of love or attraction. Running/fitness changes my entire brain for the better, makes me feel connected to all good things, makes me feel like
