calories:
keep your intake by 500 cals max, if you can try to eat around 300 cals. cut out all the processed sugar and carbs, the weight will fall off your body that way and you won‘t get bloated!
fasting:
alternate day fasting + omad will help you lose a LOT of weight in a short amount of time. alternate day fasting means to eat one day and fast the next, if you combine it with omad you will be fasting for 47 hours every two days!
exercise:
walk 10k steps daily + have a 30 minute workout session everyday. i suggest pilates since it‘s low impact and gets you toned! you can find good workouts at madeleine abeid, movewithnicole, lidia mera and lilly sabri!
extra tips:
- have a good sleeping schedule
- drink a lot of water (2L suggested)
- cut out all the soda, even diet drinks since it can make you bloated and can hold onto water weight that we want to get rid of
- be patient and consistent
