At the funeral of a friend’s husband who had died by suicide, she held me tight and whispered in my ear, “Don’t you do this.” I’ve been fighting to live up to her words ever since. National Suicide Prevention Hotline: 800-273-8255

Just had to leave my YW class bc the guest teacher (a dude??) was telling the girls “If you’re happy, you’re doing it right. If you’re not, you’re doing something wrong.” 🙃 I pushed back and it got tense v quick so I left. AITA? 😞

Just watched the Adam Ruins Everything episode about football. Not only will my kids never play tackle football, but our BYU football days are over. I can’t justify supporting a college kid’s irreversible brain damage for my entertainment. It’s immoral.

Triplets are BBG (boy boy girl). Today we gathered in the bishop’s office where Charlie was ordained a deacon. Then Eddie. Then Lucy jumped up and sat in the chair and everyone laughed. And I felt flames on the side of my face.

Walked into church and <50% masked. I started to panic and went outside. Crying, I told my husband I couldn’t go in there to worship, as I was so full of anger towards the non-maskers. He suggested I would be able to let the anger go and i blurted out, “maybe I don’t want to!”

In a talk on Sunday, a lady related how someone she admired decided to show his devotion to God by giving up popcorn for a year and my irate and incredulous reaction was so loud I don’t think I can ever go back to my ward.
