- Devastating news about Steve Albini! I'm posting this email because it made me laugh when I received it. I did not know him well but from our brief interactions I could tell that he was a good dude.
- According to folks on the ground, the Seattle Police are currently using a moving truck to empty things out of East Precinct. A lot of people who live and work in the area are afraid that the police are planning to set fire to their own precinct and blame the community.TONIGHT’S PLAN: Chief Carmen Best calling this an exercise in “trust and de-escalation.” Some barricades will be removed near East Precinct and fewer officers will be in area.
