- We always recommend to check the ureter before RIRS. You never know what you may find. In this case a HemoLock migrated from a partial nephrectomy

- No matter how precise your puncture can be, and you can follow all the rules in the book, you may still have a pseudo aneurysm. I would never recommend to do a PCNL if you don’t have interventional radiologists in your center (your best friends).
