    The number ONE 👆🏽barrier to growth for growing startups is the need for the executive team to grow in their abilities to delegate and predict. My entire 2020 year will be dedicated to one area of growth for me personally: EFFECTIVE DELEGATION.

    One of our top priorities @drift during onboarding is to impress on new employees that not only is it permissible to challenge their leaders respectfully, if they think they have a better answer, but that it is their obligation.
