She’s homeless, living in a hotel with 4 kids, 1 with Down’s syndrome. I’m sure af it IS overwhelming. She took him to a hospital, didn’t abandon him on the street. Probably didn’t know what her options were.
But they locked her up instead of offering help. That’s the system.
