Pharmacist → SWE → Health Informaticist. I help healthcare professionals transition into higher-growth careers without starting over. Teaching 10K+ students.
Career advice: "Find your passion."
Terrible advice.
I thought pharmacy was my passion.
Spent 6 years studying it. Became excellent at it.
Then realized passion isn't static. It shifts.
Follow curiosity instead. It's more honest.
What people do not see...
I spend countless of hours studying before I am able to teach it.
I stay up late into the night to be able to record videos when others are sleeping.
It's real hard work and I do it because I love it and I truly want to see you succeed.
Second day at work... done
I am excited about the future.
I get to do the things I love to do on a larger scale with the backing of very experienced and hard working team members.
This is indeed a dream come through. Don't give up on your dream yet.
It's been quite a journey...
I have same growth and know I believe that just one year can make a whole lot of difference in ones life.
Join me on this space to celebrate the victory with me:

Dreams do come to pass when they are backed with actions.
I am grateful to all of you who have supported me on this journey.
This is the mark of the beginning of a journey to make more impact.
We are indeed going to build the best of the best. Watch out

First day of Backend specialisation at #ALX.
A journey of 3months begins today. Let's start the countdown and be ready to build amazing projects.
As usual, I will keep documenting the journey and I look forward to hosting PLDs every Friday.
Wish me the best🌟
Another week is here...
I'm officially done with my foundations for @alx_africa software engineering engineering
Will be starting my Backend specialisation on 20/03/23
For the mean time, I am learning more about Frontend development with React js
What are you doing this week?
To all #ALX Cohort 17 learners, I can't wait to read your "first week at ALX" stories.
Congratulations to you for starting this journey. I started mine, May of last year and it has changed my life.
Be diligent and stay committed, and you will yield good results.
All the best
Software Engineering isn't only about writing code.
A lot of planning, brainstorming, whiteboarding before we even think about writing a single line of code.
Here is my note where I am brainstorming the database structure for a multi-vendor e-commerce platform
I can't imagine that I have just one more project to complete #ALX_SE
It's been quite a journey and I can't wait to close that chapter.
On the way to graduation...
My goals for 2023 summarized:
- Create more contents (Blogs, Videos, Audios, Tweets)
- Create more connections
- Help a lot more people
- Learn a lot more technologies
- Build projects
- Start and grow a digital health side project (more about this soon)
What are yours?
#NewYear
Happy new month to all those who are striving to make their dreams become a reality.
We are all together and we will win together.
I wish you the best as you keep striving this month. Let's go for GOLD 🎖🏆
Backend testing still ongoing.
I have 3 days to deadline and I am wondering if I can get the frontend done within that period 🤔🤔
