I want to say Thank You to everyone for all your messages of support and generosity. It gives me and my family a huge amount of strength in a time of sadness for us. I will meet this challenge head on. Ultimately I canโ€™t win but I will fight with everything. Hope is not lost.

I may look like a call centre operator but this week has been one where I've taken steps to 'bank my voice'. It is crucial for people with MND, as speech becomes difficult I have a tool to communicate that sounds like me! I hope that itโ€™s a while before I use it ๐Ÿ˜… #mnd

It has been a year to the day since I was diagnosed with MND. I often write little poems, hereโ€™s one to mark one year called โ€˜a year has passed since I was toldโ€™. Itโ€™s shit but I prefer it to posting a video ๐Ÿ˜. Cheers and have a good day.

A very special day for me and my family at Kingsholm. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone for your support. To the rugby community, you really are a special group. I will continue to fight this disease with all the strength I can as well as keep pushing awareness for MND.

Tough few days - my legs are starting to give up on me. Iโ€™ve fallen over a few times over the last 12 months but Wednesday was a big one. A few broken ribs and a punctured lung. Still, not a bad weekend of sport to be sat on my arse!!

It was good to get out and see my daughter play football. Seeing as I walk like a man made of tissue paper, the mobility scooter gets me about and I get the best seat in the house ๐Ÿ˜†

Really enjoyed getting back on my feet and back in a gym, which I haven't done in over a year. Thank you to the legends Rob and Sarah @ Apex Neuro for looking after me with real care and empathy whilst working hard to push me to expand my limits. In the video I am doing leg
