If I had to sum up what all of us do everyday in the startup world; It’s betting on people. That’s it. From investing to joining as an employee to 1st customer, the people cause us to take that leap of faith. It makes our world go round, be nice, good karma will come your way

    Replying to @Cornell and @GovKathyHochul
You can start with removing Professors who call terrorism "exhilarating" vs. giving a paid leave of absence, helps students understand the clear bright line of good vs. evil vs. free speech, creates a slippery slope

Absolutely best in class M&A @salesforce! With the influx of 💰💰💰 for all of these private 🦄, the ones who start early & build a M&A playbook will be well set up to dominate in the future. Challenge is trying to find the founders before they are offered VC money!

When your professor is not fired but takes a leave of absence for calling terrorist attacks by Hamas “exhilarating” this is what happens next. Time to step up and stop this madness @Cornell - this is not OK and escalating.

Founders, when raising your round, remember you are not looking for “investors" but "partners”

Every consumer investor is now a SaaS investor Every SaaS investor now an infrastructure and developer investor The rule of VC many years ago in mid-late 90s was u can’t make 💰💰💰 with devs Rule of next 20 yrs, you can only make 💰💰💰 dev first - win ❤️🧠 to win enterprise

1/ So you're a founder having just closed your seed and Series A firms are banging down your doors. Please don't get false signals about getting an early round done. VCs reaching out does not = interest - it means getting to know you and being ready in case something does happen.

Access to capital for enterprise startups has never been better. Access to talent for enterprise startups has never been worse. The winners in the next 5 to 10 years will be those who can build a hiring machine and get the best talent, not the ones who raise the most capital.
