Why is no one talking about this? 12th in League One when Kieran McKenna took over, about to play in the Premier League only 2.5 seasons later. Incredible.
Look at the gap between Liverpool’s A team (vs Tottenham) and their rotated 11 (vs Plymouth). Imagine they play with that second 11 for months in a row, every 3-4 days. That’s why Tottenham are struggling, folks.

Bissouma and Baleba both came through one of the best academies in France (Lille) so it’s no surprise they would succeed. Caicedo was the result of very good scouting, not often do you see players signed straight from the Ecuadorian league
Anyone who has closely watched Tottenham over the past two seasons will understand that we are a better and well-rounded team this year. Our position in the table doesn’t reflect that yet, but that’s okay as long as we’re making progress, which I know we are.

My message to Timo Werner:
Wake. Up.
You know who you are. The same man who scored 34 goals in a single season and secured a 50M transfer to Chelsea. You’re brilliant. You work hard. Now get out there and show us who you really are.
RT to spread the message 🤍

Udogie/Sarr: “he’s just an unproven kid bro”
Maddison: “we’re only signing him cuz he got relegated”
Vicario: “cHeAp OpTiOn!!”
Van de ven: “cheap option again, Tapsoba’s better”
Johnson: “we’re overpaying for this championship bum”
Dragusin: “random player, must be shit”
From our first team squad vs Brentford last season…
Spence has replaced Emerson
Dragusin has replaced Sanchez
Bergvall has replaced Lo Celso
Gray has replaced Hojbjerg
Werner has replaced Solomon
Moore has replaced Gil
Solanke has joined as a starter
What a rebuild.

Tell ya what, we’re not gonna find a better shot stopper on the market. Forster has been near perfect in this regard, every single game. He’s also been good at claiming crosses and restoring some calm in our box. Far from perfect on the ball, but what a shift he’s putting in!
Would you rather lose 0-1 to Liverpool while parking the bus and showing little offensive intent or lose 3-6 in a cracking game where plenty of players showed their fight and ultimately collapsed due to fatigue and injuries? I’d much, much rather the latter.
