    Jedd Fisch has done a remarkable job exposing our team with great speakers. My personal favorite yesterday was Bill Belichick. Our players are so lucky to have heard a living legend speak on what it takes to be our best. Shout out to you Coach Fisch. It was an honor.

    Shout out to Bobby Wade. Arizona you are getting a real one. Having a chance to go back to his alma mater and coaching the position he played is a blessing. Hate to see him leave. It was a pleasure being around him.

    I just received a DM from a young coach. He acknowledged my tweets. He conveyed how important it is to share my wisdom and experiences to the up and comers. I really appreciate him acknowledging my messages. I just appreciate the young coaches showing respect, much love.

    I just completed my 34th year of coaching. God has blessed me 🙏🏾. I’m still learning football and life lessons everyday. What I’ve learned is this, we are all different, different beliefs, different thoughts, different upbringings. Treat each other right, be genuine, be honest.

    In 1994 i interviewed with Coach Tomey for the Secondary job. At the time i was the DB Coach at BYU. Even though I didn’t get the job, we became friends. He supported my career. It’s a blessing to help continue his legacy and start Coach Fisch’s. It’s Personal. #BearDown

    Coaches, when i was a younger fella i was told this, this is a great profession if you don’t weaken. This is a marathon, not a sprint. We cannot let others determine our value. As long as we respect the game and focus on helping our players get better, we have value.

    I have parted ways from the University Of Arizona to pursue other opportunities. I appreciate all the hard work of the players i had the opportunity to coach. I valued teaching these young man what i know about football and life. Gonna miss you guys. On to the next chapter.

    I really appreciate the ASU staff. All OG’s want is respect and loyalty. This staff has shown me so much love. It’s my responsibility to give back in whatever area needed. It starts with Dillingham and B. Ward. Much love to this staff, appreciate you 🙏🏾

    Please ask yourself, why do we do this? Some coaches chase the money, some chase the status, some chase the power, I get it. The focus should be, being part of building a winner, building something special. Focus on the process, it’s more rewarding. That other stuff will come.

    I was told years ago about how important technique is. I told our DB’s, take technique serious now while you are young, it will pay dividends throughout their careers. Regardless, young or not, technique will set you free. Coaches, technique over scheme will set us free, teach!!
