- Although I wasn’t able to repeat as a state champion in my 2020 campaign, I am still grateful to have been able to compete at the top level and against the top competitors. This will be the end of my wrestling career, but it has prepared me for what the rest of life holds. ✌🏻

- I am so proud to announce my partnership with Special Olympics Minnesota as a Student Athlete Ambassador! I first got involved with SOMN back in high school. It taught me so much and helped shape me into the person I am today.
- Heading up to Otter Tail County this weekend with some teammates to enjoy #LakeLife. Going to have a meet-n-greet with Gopher fans on Saturday in Perham. Then we are going fishing. Might even have a friendly competition. Will let you know how it goes!
