    Placing the robot directly into the bladder regionalize the surgery further. Now the gas insufflation needed to do the surgery is limited to the bladder instead of the entire abdomen. #minimize minimally invasive surgery @CleClinicUro @drjkaouk

    Extra peritoneal SP robotic radical prostatectomy approach. You do not touch bowel, you do not retract bowel, operating table flat, no drain needed, no post operative narcotics, average hospital stay 4.5 hrs. @drjkaouk @CleClinicUro
