I'm seeing way too much optimism about Ukraine right now. Which I feel too, but it's very early and Russia has a very large army.- King Charles III faces tough odds to match his mom in terms of PMs but this is the kind of start you like to see.

- This really is remarkable. NATO countries are pouring weapons into Ukraine with the specific intent of killing Russian soldiers. Russia doesn't seem prepared to do anything about it.
- Replying to @chrislhayes and @RossBarkanForcing Ukraine to concede Russian gains thus far does exactly this. It incentivizes further Russian offensive action *in this war* and it incentivizes Russian aggression in other contexts. How do folks not understand this?
