    Don’t really like to post accomplishments but I am proud to say that I have completed my MBA program and am now a master of business. With that, I have decided to work for free as a division 1 volunteer assistant college baseball coach and work part-time at Chick-Fil-A.

    I wasn’t a professional baseball player, nor am I a strength coach. I was a college player that loved lifting and increasing my athleticism. Here's a few things that I learned during my playing days about strength training/gaining athleticism that can maybe help young players:
