- Replying to @Timmyfletch and @secuppI think that's a huge generalization. Certainly, at a local level, many of my friends and I work our tails off to report facts. We report news. We vet stories furiously before reporting them. I also believe there are those at the national level who are outstanding reporters.

- People, I beg of you, please stop. There is no jinx. Michael Kay just said he has called EIGHT no-hitters. He always says the words "no-hitter" during them because it's HIS JOB. Vin Scully called 23 of them. He also reported if it was a no-no or perfect game.
