- Kyle Rittenhouse is 17 and apparently he’s a minor. Trayvon Martin was 17 & apparently he was an adult. Rittenhouse walked in a protest w/ an illegal AR-15 and was given water by police. Tamir Rice was playing w/ a toy gun & was killed by police. Which is why #BlackLivesMatter.
