- Dear working mom, DO NOT let this guilt trip you. Some children can cry like this even when you take a bathroom break. Human children are designed to grow up with other children their age. This enhances language, self help and social skills. Make use of good day care facility.Breaks my heart to see little kids like this. One more reason to not become a working mother.
