    I’m a few days from being fully vaccinated. Been a rough year, but I tried to focus on things I could control, like my health (~250 to 180lbs) If you’re in WNY, let’s hang out, grab a meal/beer, etc. Not sure what the first poker trip is yet, but hoping to see everyone soon👍🏻

    The lottery is a ridiculous scam, insanely predatory and absolutely absurd that it’s legal compared to other methods of gambling that are deemed illegal.

    Two players threaten to fight each other after one tells the other he must suck the dealers dick for good river cards. Me, awkwardly, after a moment of silence, trying to break the tension: “you know, it’s really not as bad as it sounds.” My comment didn’t help.

    get back in line to fire your second bullet in colossus watch a $50k plo player pull out five bricks, tossing it at the cashier like chump change nobody in line knows you had to martingale your money at electronic roulette to go from $380 to $400. Black first spin. No sweat.

    Raise to 2k at 800bb with aces, end up losing a pot to two pair Lady next to me, as my opponent is scooping the pot, leans over and tells me “just so you know, raising to only 2000 with aces isn’t enough” 😂

    Live poker: Get two outted on the river for $25k equity, sigh, calmly stand up, tell opponents good game Online poker: Lose a 60/40 for five starting stacks in level six, yell every curse word in the book, try as hard as you can not to throw your mouse across the room and fail.

    1) it’s so bad for poker the main event FT (and poker coverage in general) isn’t on ESPN anymore. Caesars should’ve paid them to keep the rights. 2) really would love a “players stream” with Ali and Nick, and that obviously isn’t a slight to Lon/Norm/Jamie. Different audiences.
