This is how I remodel my Fourplex units. All of them with some variance in flooring. Bathroom is all the same I chose the bathroom flooring and the tiles along with the doors. I love it. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath 750 sq ft $2500 South phoenix AZ

I know a plumbing company who offered a subscription to his clients. $45 per month and it comes with a priority scheduling, one yearly free maintenance and 10% off all services. A lot of people subscribed for $45 per month. He just hit $700K revenue from his subscriptions

I just spoke to someone with stage 4 cancer. Fuck cancer The guy is 45. Super young The doctors gave him 2-3 months to live He’s doing chemo to extend his life a bit He’s enjoying every moment and be present always. He’s leaving 1 son and 1 daughter behind The way

Walgreens is closing 1,200 stores. Rite-Aid is in bankruptcy. CVS is axing 3,000 more employees. 7-11 also closing a lot of stores. Any ideas what are the new businesses coming to replace them ?

Tenant is a painter and said that he needs to move out, leaving to a different state. Not even gave me 30 days but gave me this 👇 He said he will paint 🎨 the kitchen cabinets and the 3 bathroom cabinets. He asked me what color I wanted I said white. He paid for deep cleaning
