pls dont eat raw chicken. the calories and protein wont matter when ur vomiting nonstop and shitting yourself because u have salmonella. if the calories r that big of a deal just steam the chicken or cook it without oil.
i feel so fake like im not disordered im literally just a fat girl on a diet that cant even stick to her diet i eat 1300 cals a day and eat another 400 cals in the middle of the night bc i have the munchies ugh
