Concept: a stray golden retriever turns up at the station. Buck doesn’t turn up for his shift. There’s a period of time where the 118 are convinced that Buck has been transformed into a dog but in reality his alarm just didn’t go off and we cut to him snoozing periodically.
I think in this conversation about whether the 118 would forget Hen’s birthday, we are forgetting that at the end of the day, the rest of the 118 are men. They absolutely would forget a birthday.
Firmly believe they were deliberately making Oliver look older in season 7 so the contrast between him and Hulk Jr wouldn’t seem like a weird age gap to the audience.
All I want from season 9 is a scene where father Brian realises the sad arson firefighter, the sad repressed firefighter and the sad large firefighter all know each other.
One thing you will never catch me doing is reading that one fic where buddie is in a retirement home and Buck has dementia. Absolutely the fuck not. No thank you. No offence to the author, I’m sure it’s great. But no.
I’m really not trying to start something here but how the hell is this helpful??? I woke up 30 minutes ago and it took me 25 minutes to actually figure out what happened. This entire thing happened while I was asleep. Time zones exist. Not everyone is constantly online??
I’m sorry but the empty casket in the side plot? I’m so certain Bobby isn’t in that coffin and he’s in a government lab somewhere. I’m clutching at straws. Shut up.
Will you jump me if I say Athena being back at work is actually really realistic for her character. I know she wouldn’t be able to sit at home wallowing in her grief. She’d feel like it’s better for her to be at work as a distraction.
The Last Alarm synopsis: Following the tragic events at the lab, the 118 must come together to lay their fallen hero to rest. Meanwhile, despite her own grief, Athena re-investigates the death of a child to help a grieving mother.
