- The ability to do mundane tasks with an significant amount of intent and focus is an absolute separator. There’s no magic pill or drill, being a “hard worker” doesn’t make you unique, it’s a prerequisite to even have a chance at being elite.
- Proud to be a small part in @StealBasesCom new book. An absolute MUST READ for any baseball coach, player or trainer, no matter the level, looking to learn from one of the best baseball minds in the game, not to mention people. Thankful to call him a coach, mentor and friend.
