The homicide Josh Taylor was an unprovoked and willful act meant to cause harm . This is a federal hate crime and should be charged as such ! Can anyone name other murders where the local police have decided without an investigation not to charge someone?

Living in Pennsylvania as a nurse during the pandemic,I remember what Rachael did to the elderly in our nursing homes and how as he caused the death of our grandparents he quietly moved his mother out of the nursing home and placed her safely in the Hershey hotel 😡
