- Epic night in the household. Watching The Sandlot together for the first time. Kids think the beast is the size of T-Rex. Officially our family’s new favorite Christmas movie! Most importantly, making the family a priority. Something all coaches need to be intentional about.
- BIG TIME thanks to @jimmyonate & the crew at the @OSUWexMed MOvES lab for having us today. An integral part of our pitchers’ development is improving our movement quality and seeing improved metrics over time. The resources & people that @ohiostatebase is exposed to is unrivaled.

- Hard to swallow losing one of the most impactful people in the Ohio State Baseball community. Many have been influenced by Bill Wells & his generosity over multiple decades. I’ll miss the conversations & laughs, but will cherish the countless memories. We’ll miss you Wellsy!
