Most people aren’t willing to do what is necessary because they aren’t willing to objectively assess themselves and their goals. If you want to be a professional footballer then you have to put in the work AND go where you can be scouted, not just have talent and hope someone
The older I get, the more I realize you have to do what’s necessary, not what’s comfortable. The gap between your goals and your reality is filled with painful, boring work. Most people avoid it, which is why it’s so valuable. Master the ordinary to create the extraordinary.

Woke up to this message in one of our diaspora hurricane relief groups and everyone agreed: “Good morning can i make a suggestion, humbly? Before we begin purchasing and shipping items from abroad, I’m asking us to think strategically. Jamaica may have businesses that already

A random person in Jamaica sent me a DM a few days ago and she also sent one to our company page. She said it was a long shot but she had a baby and was desperate after the hurricane. She managed to leave the western side of the island and get to St. Thomas but needed food. I

The fact that the Government of Jamaica has treated national icon @usainbolt like this sends a dangerous message to outside investors. If this can happen to USAIN BOLT then no one can count on accountability and transparency in a timely manner. He has invested in Jamaica, given

I know that I am cryptic about exactly what happened to me on Feb 3 and for now it will remain private except for those who know. Suffice to say that I was told to call my wife and the executor of my estate to ensure that affairs were in order just in case. That woke me up

The greatest lie we were told was that earning a college degree entitles you to a certain salary. The sooner you disabuse yourself of that is the sooner you will get ahead in life. Demonstrate the value you bring to the position.

I enjoyed talking about my wife and marriage so here are some things I’ve done as an entrepreneur to try to minimize the risk of divorce. So far it’s worked, 12 years in May, but anything can happen so take it with a grain of salt

For my followers who have cared about my past medical-related tweets, I finally got the all clear today to finally resume normal physical activity since my life-saving surgery last February. It has been a long journey and I appreciate the messages of support. NOT overdoing it.

Today my wife and I celebrate 12 years of marriage. It has been our hardest year to date and here I was thinking that it would get easier. “For better or for worse” meant a lot to us but the “in sickness and in health” was not expected to kick in so early. Grateful
