- Replying to @Jmcgowan3838It destroys schools. Public schools in Arizona are crippled becsue of it. The "charter" schools can filter their admissions e.g. they don't have to take everybody... So it looks like charter schools perform better... Which falsely re-enforces the entire thing. Good luck!
