- Don't freak out. Go to sleep, wake up and continue to be Black in America.
- Get your ass up. It’s some books to read, some weights to lift, some money to get. “Something”
- We give way too much attention to bullsh%t.
- Don’t stop doing good, just be more selective to who you are good to.
- When you f%ck up and you know it, just apologize. Allow yourself to be human in that moment. Don’t make lame excuses. To me it’s not the mistake you make, but it’s whether or not you are willing to take responsibility for that decision.
- There is something strange about the Trumps. It's like they are doing the wrong things on purpose. It's a joke but I think it's on us.
- Our situation is more psychological than people will admit. Black kids kill black kids for the same reason cops do. They see no value.

- Sh*t is so backwards for us as a people. We believe in lies. We worship those who treat us bad. We physically and mentally want to be those who oppress us. The more I learn the more heart broken I become. I am starting to feel free though.

- You trust their doctors. You pray to their god. You put your children in their schools then wonder why they hate themselves. Why? When has that ever worked for us as a whole? It’s time to make some choices.
