- After 16 magical years, my best friend Coach passed today. My soul hurts. But life is good. What a ride we shared. What a ride filled with unforgettable memories. A bucket list life. I’ll always ❤️ you, Coach. And welcome your precious spirit to eternally remind me, life is good.

- Made my day that one of my favorite people @mynamejong, his too hot for him wife & their friends carved some time out of their CO ski trip to meet up. Love this guy. Miss this guy. Proud of this guy.
- People saying Michael Sam kissing his boyfriend is the worst thing they've seen on TV have forgot watching planes fly into buildings.
- I’m very sad. My sweetest buddy Madden fell sick and passed on today. The last thing he heard was the same thing I said to him so very often and always will, I’m so grateful for you.
- My new best buddy, Blue. Named after Colorado’s Blue River, where my last best buddies Coach and Madden laid many memories that eternally flow and led to this sweet, new soul.
- Very proud of our @BroncosRadio Draft coverage. Here’s the biggest star of it all, engineer Shannon Scott. Stars don’t shine without a line. Thanks to all our @koacolorado crew of stars, and @broncos for a fun 3 days!
- My new best bud Blue isn’t well. Tests the last couple weeks have shown he has an enlarged liver causing him blood issues that are worsening. He’s going to a specialist today to see what we can do. Send a prayer to who or whatever you believe in or shoot a healthy thought his way
- Just met a Houston couple in town visiting. Told them about @espn975 and my @Degenerates975 dudes @FredFaour, @AJIsTheReal & @JongSn0w. The poor guy has only listened to AM sports radio but will check it out. Saving one Houston sports radio listener at a time..
- Blue has been diagnosed with a likely treatable infection in his lungs & liver. Medication treatment starts Fri that includes hospitalization for early stages. Thanks for the good vibes & prayers. Hopefully we’ll pull him through this for a healthy, great life he’s yet to know..
- Our Nuggets Radio Network won Best Sports Coverage by the Colorado Broadcasters Association! Congratulations to the voice of the Nuggets @radiokoz & the entire Nuggets radio network crew! You’re damn right I’m bragging!
- If you have a good health thought to send my best buddy Blue we’d appreciated it. Been at the vet ER twice since early morning. Seems his infection could be back. Hurts to see him hurt but if anyone’s tough enough to battle it out again it’s Blue.
