“Blackwood Groves” — a 120 acre community master planned and developed by Bridger Land Group. A highly walkable, pedestrian-oriented community on the South side of Bozeman. Linear parks & paseos connect all neighborhoods to each other, the planned Village Square & local schools.

The Arbor Houses Bridger Land Group’s next project at Blackwood Groves in Bozeman, MT. Each 10-unit apartment building is designed to mimic the appearance of a large, custom home. The 1, 2- and 3-bedroom residences feature a private entry and direct access to their own garage.

Moses nailed it. Local government’s job is clear: make sure the lights turn on, the streets are safe, and the basics work. Streetlights used to be the minimum standard. Now they’re the goal. Snapped these on my morning walk. Make crime illegal again.

Blackwood Groves will be a walkable, pedestrian-oriented community on the South side of Bozeman. After years in the making, we’re now weeks from launching Phase 1 sales. Custom estates and Porches homes, all connected to our planned Village Square via linear paseos. Who is in! 😃
