Stat padding unfortunately there is absolutely no excuse for starters to be playing up 50pts in 4th quarter ZERO! I hope Juju is okay too but chasing CC scoring record is not end all be all & I hope they realize that. If she breaks it great but don’t chase it like this

Paige is going to struggle mightily when she gets to the W with more athletic & better defenders just like she does now & in the past in college. She does not possess CC’s speed or handles to create off the bounce. I would not take her #1 that’s for sure

Also, that Nets team was a much better team than this Suns team and KD was 2 years younger. KD still put in his work in this series. JT worked him and shut him down on D. Remember JT blocking what most thought was unblockable KD’s jumper and he did twice 😂

Facts!! What good are stats if they don’t lead to winning? I don’t get the obsession over them especially knowing they could be meaningless empty calories that contribute to winning. Stats are useless without video for context to validate their importance to winning.

You can’t make them understand. They think winning a college chip has special meaning it doesn’t. She could have easily took the easy road & won a chip. It’s the fact she didn’t which is why she is immortalized forever. All the players that won college chips are forgotten not her
